With the rapid development of technology in recent years, fluid-solid coupling hasbeen more widely used not only in the defense industry, oil industry, bio-mechanics,shipbuilding industry, but also in the nuclear power industry, marine industry and otherfields. Applied the fundamental theory of fluid mechanics and elastics mechanics, byusing united Lagrangian-Eulerian method, the deformation of elastic thin sheet problemin a ideal fluid transversal cross-flow, and the coupling problem of the viscous fluid andthe elastic sheet and the elastic cylindrical shell has been analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile the effects eventually aims at a more comprehensive understanding offluid-structure coupling, therefore providing a reference for fluid design has importantpractical value.Firstly, the united Lagrangian-Eulerian method is adopted to deduce the ideal fluidflow around the elastic sheet contact surfaces. Kinematic equation and dynamic equationare also derived when the sheet occurs small deformation. Furthermore the contactsurfaces kinematic, dynamic and bending sheet equations are used to solve sheetdeflection and bending stress.Secondly, a theoretical calculation is given of elastic sheet and fluid interaction ofdeformation and stress in this paper, by taking the elastic deformation of the sheet flowconditions for the flow field and pressure effects distinguished from the case of flowaround objects as the rigid into consideration.Thirdly, to simplify the calculation, the flow is set as small Reynolds number flowstate, and united Lagrangian-Eulerian method was used for low speed flow in the elasticsheet and an elastic cylindrical shell in the form of a traveling wave vibration. A detailedresearch of the influence of vibration on the flow of the viscous fluid state is given in thispaper.Finally, the equation on the slow flow of fluid in contact surfaces with the vibratingsheet as well as the vibration cylindrical shell have been established. Meanwhile thetheoretical solution on fluid flow rate of slow flow equation under condition of vibration sheet and cylindrical shell has been solved.
