| Proportional Solenoid worked as a bridge between microelectronics and powercontrol object, the performance of the solenoid is good or bad will determine theproduct’s performance, so it is necessary to do some researches on the proportionalsolenoid. This thesis analyze the proportional solenoid magnetic materials, armaturematerial, core and tube material impact on its performance; Base on the FEM, studiesthe main gapã€side gapã€windingã€armature high ratioã€sealing positionã€front cone’sshape and widthã€back cone’s shapeã€the length of the non-magnetic area on theinfluence of the electromagnetic force and electromagnetic characteristics; Using theDOE Method to analysis the weight of factors, conclude the main influence factorsand secondary influence factors; analysis the PWM influencing on theelectromagnetic characteristics; with the reference of Bosch-Rexroth’s ProportionalSolenoid, experiment compares the dynamitic characteristic of the proportionalsolenoid, such as step response and frequency response; also at the same timeintroduce the equipment’s structure and working principle. |
