Quantum secret communication (QSC) with its unique encryption principles andunequable ways is popular with researchers. The researchers have presented many quantumencryption ways through the special property of quantum mechanics and tried to apply themto our life skillfully.This article is mainly based on the combination of the bank security system withquantum secret communication, and constructed the online banking system which satisfiesunconditional security. Research on related encryption skill of this system is conducted. Themain research and achievements of this project are as follows:(1) The construction of online banking system based on quantum secret communicationBy using some related quantum information knowledge, such as GHZ triplet, controlledquantum teleportation and quantum cryptography, we design the system of online bankingincluding the functions of interbank payment and transfer services and analyze the security ofthis system which satisfies unconditional security. In other words, when confronted by futurepossible quantum computer which supports parallel computing, the system can ensure that itis safe and effective.(2) Quantum digital certificateThis paper first puts forward the concept of quantum digital certificate, designs thestructure and function of the certificate which can realize the functions of the quantumidentity authentication and digital signature. The basic idea of this project is using the unitaryoperation as the private key. Using this operation, we form a quantum state after reaction tothe ground state. This quantum state is denoted as the public key. The uncertainty principleprovides the theoretical support for the implementation of this idea. The theory providesscalable theory architecture for the research and applies of quantum cryptography system.(3) Improved quantum public key cryptosystemMost of existing results are based on classical computational complexity to extendconventional public-key cryptosystem to the quantum world. Therefore, the research ofquantum public key cryptosystem has always been a difficult problem in the world. Thispaper made an improvement of one kind of existing encryptions. This method breaks thebondage of the traditional public key encryption. The method fully uses the characteristics ofthe quantum. So its safety can be guaranteed.(4) Quantum money scheme based on the quantum public keyUsing quantum public key and the idea of quantum digital signature, in this article, we present a new quantum money scheme which implements the issuance and verification ofquantum money. This scheme proves that the system of theories proposed in this paper hashigh practical and using value.
