In order to solve the problem of city of supply and demand of the more and more seriousespecially caused by traffic safety, economy, environment and other issues, from thelong-term practice and domestic and foreign research results show, the most effective measureis to vigorously develop public transport. And only by establishing the strategy in the courseof the city development, should implement the concept of public transport priority in publictransport management and construction of public infrastructure, the public service ability andlevel as principle, let the public transport priority concept gradually win support among thepeople into the residents travel ideas, can only achieve true to give priority to the developmentof public transport. On this basis, this paper will be the breakthrough point in intelligenttransportation system, introduces the application of GPS technology in intelligenttransportation system, the real-time information collection in the bus operation, application ofGPS vehicle positioning technology, real time supervision of public transport service leveland operation condition, let the bus running stability and service levels improved.Prediction model of real-time traffic in this paper based on the bus IC card technologyand GPS technology, then according to the real time traffic optimization of bus frequency, soas to establish the bus frequency model for a real-time traffic information, by means ofgenetic algorithm to the model solution implementation. In addition, the law frequencydetermination, mentioned earlier and later vehicle dynamic scheduling control strategy,real-time scheduling control the operation of vehicles, but also on a more practical dynamiccontrol model.
