But because the knowledge of dynamic, invisibility,pace dispersion,uncertainty and high investment and high value,maked theprocess of knowledge sharing becomes complex;This enterprise knowledgesharing system is based on the characters of knowledge sharing and externalinfluencing factors of the knowledge sharing process;First,in the related concept ofdiscimination on the basis of defining the connotation of knowledge sharing;Thensystematically introduces the concept of enterprise knowledge sharingsystem,structure and function modell,corporate knowledge sharing system ast thechaos behavior characteristics of complex system.This paper using theself-organization theory,the fractal fractal theory,chaos theory etc.Variousecomplicated nonlinear system research methods and results,and combiningknowledge management of enterprise knowledge sharing system chaoscharacteristics and the system behavior.Through knowledge sharing as complexnonlinear system is a state of balance to study the organization,the adaptive andsimilar to explore the characteristics of completiy knowledge sharing systemstructure and mechanism;Elaborated system and external environment changes thesystem between components into constantly with complex nonlinear effect.Usingthe fratal dimension method and based on genetic algorithm and the delayfeedback control to studyed knowledge sharing system of phase space structureand chaotic system.With the method of Marxist dialectical materialist theory as guidance,fromthe angle of philosophy of science and technology of enterprise knowledge sharing system’scomplexity and chaos control are discussed in this paper,give asystemamtic and comprehensive philosophical interpretation;Discusses thecharacteristics of complexity and complex system of science and technology andits enlightenment to the philosophical methodology,help enterprises to solvecomplex problems encountered in the knowledge management process and thestrategy formulation,for complex system control and management of thephenomenon play a role of methodology.
