Every year, typhoon disaster brings great loss to China, so typhoonforecast has become a hot issue of weather bureau. It’s very difficultto predict the typhoon information. GDSS brings an excellent method tosolve such problems. As the network technology and software technologydeveloping, B/S system has been able to physically dispersed userstogether logically. Traditional forecasting process requires expertstogether in one place and discuss trajectory and intensity of typhoon.And determine the impact and path of the typhoon. Gather experts andunified solution of all expert takes a lot of manpower, material,financial and energy. To address this situation, based on B/S structureand typhoon forecasting system GDSS this paper made a number of keytechnology solutions, so as to meet the needs of typhoon forecast, improveefficiency and reduce the cost of forecast.In this paper, key technologies includes typhoon model, architecture,context-awareness, message mechanism, Web GIS and similar to the path oftyphoon.First, this paper analysis of the size of the typhoon forecast systemis obtained for a lightweight J2EE framework typhoon system-SSHframework. Typhoon system with SSH framework and the actual businessprocess, this paper presents the overall structure of the system.Second, use Web GIS Technology to achieve the typhoon track andintensity forecasts on the map. Point that the state of the typhoon ata time, and the line connecting two points in a time period that the typhoontrajectory. To regulate the transmission of data within the system andimprove the versatility and stability of the message, this paper theproposed mechanism based on XML messages. Message mechanism defined setof protocols. Similar occurred in the history of the typhoon, the typhoonforecast has high reference value. In this paper, similar to the path of Typhoon Hausdorff-based search algorithm similar to the typhoon searchhistory. Introduced in the system context-aware, and then improve thesystem’s interaction with the user. Use of rule base and inference engine,context fusion rule proposed. Context inference engine according to therules to integration context, so as to achieve the perception of usercontext.Last, this paper implements and tests the key technologies to achievethe above base on Typhoon forecast system, which demonstrates the validityand feasibility of the model.
