During 2003~2008, the BEPC and BES were upgraded. The new collider and detector are named as BEPC and BES. BEPCII is a collider with double rings and odd bunches, its designed luminosity is 100 times larger than BEPCI’s, meanwhile, the system error of BES is matched with it. Since Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC) and Beijing Spectrometer (BES) were built successfully in 1989, they have well run 12 years in the energy region of 2 GeV~5 GeV. It is elementary that provides a great deal of data sample. Just because of this project, BES international cooperation group has achieved fruitful research results so far.The study of ψ’ production in e+e- annihilation and its subsequent 2 two-body hadronic decays provides a test for the perturbative Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) and QCD-based calculations, especially for the decay of charmonium to the baryon-antibaryon pairs (BB). Although there are so far many experimental results for J/ψ、ψ'BB, the decay of charmonium of the hyperon-antihyperon pairs is still lack, such as ψ’ ' (?)(1530)(?)(1530).Besides, according to the context of flavor SU(3) symmetry, the decays of charmonium to the baryon-antibaryon pairs(B1B1,B8B8 and J/ψ'B8B10, where Bl is baryon singlet, B8 is baryon octet and B10 is baryon decuplet) is allowed, but into octet-decuplet baryon pairs (B8 B10) should be forbidden. However, many experimental results for the decays of J/ψ'B8B10 indicates the flavor SU(3) symmetry breaking is taking place, but for the decays of ψ’ to baryon pairs, the corresponding results are lack, which are still big desired and particular interesting, especially for ψ’'(?)(1530)-(?)(1530)+(c.c.).In the experiment part, angular distribution is an important parameter to test the color octet contribution theoretical models for QCD. But for the decay ψ’'(?)(1530)-(?)(1530)+, the corresponding angular distribution so far has never been measured, which can be express byAccording to the hadron helicity conservation, where θ is the angle between the baryon and the beam direction of position in the e+e- center-of-mass system. Theoretically, the a value is predicted by the first order QCD calculation. In the prediction of Claudson et al., the mass of the final baryon is taken into consideration as a whole, while the constituent quarks inside the baryon are taken as massless when computing the decay amplitude, the predicted a value is 0.2.In this paper, the decays for ψ'(?)(1530)-(?)(1530)+ and ψ’'(?)(1530)-(?)+(c.c) are observed for the first time. The analysis is performed based on~456×106ψ’ events collected with the Beijing Spectrometer (BESⅢ) detector at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider (BEPCII) in 2009 and 2012.
