This paper mainly describes software implementation based on adaptive Runge-Kutta local discontinuous finite element method(ARKLDG) for convection diffusion equation. The software package consists of three functional blocks:generate the ini-tial mesh, compute based on adaptive Runge-Kutta local discontinuous finite element method and the graphics and graphical output of the numerical results.we show the public data structure of ARKLDG finite element method and basic numerical opera-tors,such as Runge Kutta time discretization operator, integral operator, the numerical fluxes and differential operator, and then assemble them into complete procedure. The program software established in the present thesis is the general framework of two-dimensional systems extended by framework of two-dimensional scalar equation based on convection diffusion equation.and applied into some examples:two order wave e-quation,Biological reaction equation and 2-Dimension Euler equations of gas dynam-ics.
