Runoff simulation has important scientific significance and practical value for hydrologic forecasting and water use. Construct the Jinghe River upstream Basin, Ruihe River Basin and Sanshuihe River Basin with SWAT model and draw the following results:(1) Based on the hydrological and meteorological data from 1980 to 1990 and the data of land use and soil in the late of 80 s, SWAT models are established for Jinghe River upstream Basin, Ruihe River basin and Sanshuihe River basin. The study found the catchment area of the river network density with increasing gradually stabilized, study on the influence of sub-watershed partitioning on runoff simulation, and it comes out that the maximum rainfall stations distribution in watershed lead to better results.(2) Found the nodel sensitivity parameter with SWAT-CUP, The automatic calibration methods, including SUFI-2 algorithm, PSO algorithm, GLUE algorithm and SCE-UA algorithm in SWAT2005, were analyzed and the results suggest that the SUFI-2 algorithm is relatively stable, used as the only automatic calibration method in this paper. ENS and R2 in calibration period of Jinghe upstream basin reached 0.864 and 0.805, as well as the validation period are 0.69 and 0.673; ENS and R2 in calibration period of Ruihe basin reached 0.825 and 0.796, as well as the validation period are 0.687 and 0.526; the simulation result is good, that SUFI-2 method is suitable for the Loess Plateau watershed.(3) Sanshui River as an example, analyzed the manual calibration and SWAT-CUP automatic calibration method of advantages and disadvantages, summarizes the rules and skills of the calibration work, results show that the accuracy and speed of SUFI-2 methods are better than manual calibration,there are obvious advantages of hydrological prediction effectiveness analysis.(4) To found the conditions apply to thepParameters transplantation, calculate the hydrologic similarity of Jinghe River upstream Basin and Ruihe River Basin to Sanshuihe River Basin, and assumes that the Sanshuihe River Basin is the region without data, summarizes the methods of improving the hydrological similarity and the effect of transplantation, think the sensitivity parameters of no data area as the transplantation parameters, and need to make sure that reference basin’s calibration period as the same as the year of transplantation to improve transplant results.
