Research On Spatial Clustering Technology Of Urban Management Cases

Urban management case is the performance of urban management problems, reflect the urban public facilities and living resource al ocation and operation management of related problems, auxiliary decision-making for the government and the increment of urban planning has good information support. In this paper, the research area is the xicheng district in Beijing, By the urban management features case analys is, configuration optimization of urban management components and event analysis for target oriented, select exposed garbage and unlicensed merchants as a typical case of urban management, research on urban management case of clustering analysis, to provide decision support for urban increment operation and city planning.Spatial clustering detection with "distribution pattern analysis-- clustering recognition-- visualization expression" as the study of the main line. Nearest neighbor hierarchical clustering method as the main technology for spatial clustering recognit io n, respectively from the perspective of micro and macro cluster for detecting urban management case; Based on kernel density estimation method for visual expression.Time clustering analysis, the use of global Moran’s I index detection time distribution mode of urban management case, using the local G index analysis time clustering tendency under different time scales(different times, different month and year), so as to analyze cases of different categories of hot time.
