South Four- five district is in the southern of Saertu oilfield, after years of mining, underground high moisture content, the remaining oil and gas exploration and production becomes more and more difficult, the developing of oil field has been constrained. By the accurate interpretation and application of geostatistical inversion, we study the distribution of sand bodies in order to further the exploitation of oil fields.In the research blocks of Saertu Oilfield South Four- Five district, well and seismic work has been completed in three areas: ①seismic interpretation: Applicating Drilling- Logging- Seismic and sequence comparison technology through the point-line- surface- space five practice, ensure the accuracy of drilling geological stratification and consistency of shock horizon and well, we completed the region’s horizon interpretation. Using the transient phase technique, coherence cube, the ants small fault recognition and horizontal slices and Surface Slice, combined with the cross-sectional characteristics of fault, we have completed fault interpretation. ②sedimentary facies: The sedimentary microfacies Figure fully used of lithology, logging and seismic data, combined with the thickness of sandstone, sandstone forecast horizon slice and other basic maps, drawed with short-term base-level cycle sequence for the drawing unit. ③geostatistical inversion: Using geostatistical inversion, we forecast the distribution of sand body.The study concluded that the constructed the overall performance of Sa Pu Gao reservoirs is higher in the north and centre, to both sides gradually become low, on the west side the change of the formation is faster; fault overall performance is NNW and NNE tectonic pattern of cutting. For the purpose of the study area sandstone thin interbedding well-developed geological conditions, preferably using geostatistical inversion method, carry out quasi wave impedance log seismic joint inversion, for the quantitative prediction of sand body, to study the spatial distribution of sand body, provides a reliable basis for subsequent polymer injection, encryption well pattern and tapping the potential of remaining oil.
