Rogue waves, which as a myth in the open ocean is an attractive subject of research in recent years. In this paper, basing on the theoretical model——High-order nonlinear Schrodinger equation, at first, we discuss the dynamical behavior of Peregrine rogue wave for the Hirota equation, and then we also study the influence of the high-order nonlinear effects to the dynamics of the Peregrine rogue waves.Secondly, we propose a transmission mechanism---spectral filtering, which can make the high-power pulses transfer steadily in the optical fiber. We remove the background wave through filtering different spectrum widths and different spectral intensity, we find some weaker of the spectral width, and the larger of the spectrum strength, the pulses is more stable and the power is larger. Finally, we discuss the interaction between adjacent high power pulses which obtain from spectral filtering. We find that when the initial interval is relative small, the adjacent pulses attract each other, but when the initial interval increases, the interaction is not obvious.
