This paper focus on the existence of the global attractor for a class of reaction diffusion equations with memory on the unbounded domain.Estab-lishing a Netmiski operator and a mapping f such that f satisfies Lipschitz condition and the estimate of linear and bounded memory items, the existence of a weak solution is attained, then by using the B.Wang result in space L2-L2 we ob thetain flow π in L2 and H1, a priori estimates for π is established. which proved that the the existence ofL2-H2 attractor.
