Geological Characteristics And Prospecting Of Gold Deposits In The Dushugou Area Of Dachaidan Town, Qinghai Province

Study area is located in the town of Dachaidan in Qinghai province, belonging the tectonic Qin Qi Kun orogenic- Al Cituo Mountain orogenic subzones. The strata with ore is from Ordovician- Silurian strata and Mesoproterozoic wandonggou group strata. The strikes of most structures are NW- SE direction. Magmatic activities are frequent, exposing ultrabasic- acid intrusive rocks.By measuring 1: 10000 primary halo, we identify 11 geochemical anomalies in Dushugou. HS11 is the largest geochemical anomaly with obvious concentration centers, higher peak characteristics. Surface and deep project validation 16 gold ore bodies, estimatting(334) gold resource of 1.28 tons, indicating HS11 abnormalities caused by abnormal mine.Study area stratigraphy, structure, magmatic rocks control mineralization. In summing up the area stratigraphy, structure,with analysis of the ore body characteristics, we find ore are obtained mainly in the footwall and topwall of the riftzone alteration, ore lithology is mainly carbonaceous sericite phyllite, dolomite times marble. The main mineralized alteration are pyrite, limonite, jarosite, silicification. Genesis of type is mesothermal structural alteration type. Further analysis of the metallogenic regularity and metallogenic prospect analysis, we prospect the favorable mineral area.
