In this paper, the existence of global attractor for nonlinear damped wave equation with nonlinear memory is studied. Based on the new a priori estimate, the asymptotic compactness of the solution semigroup S(t) is proved,and then, the existence of the global attractor in space H = H10(?) × L2(?) is obtained.
