The secondary migration is that the oil and gas migrate in the layer which has low permeability and low porosity and along the faultage, crack, channel and unconformity surface after the first migration accomplishes, and if there is a reservoir structure suitable for oil and gas accumulation, the oil and gas form a reservoir. Its maximum can come up to tens of kilometers. The questions that the oil how migrate to the current trap and how distribute in the basin are important content which is studied in the numerical simulation of the secondary migration. In this paper, we study the two-phase model of oil-water. The model is a coupled nonlinear partial differential equations. The simulation range can be tens of square kilometers and the simulation time can be millions of years. With the region subdivided by corner-point girds, the MPFA and O-method are used to compute the matrix of the transmissibility coefficients, and we can construct the discrete numerical scheme for solving the model with SS method. Then we use the GMRES iterative method to solve the discrete algebraic system. Through the numerical simulations, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. And we can see the results conform to the oil migration and accumulation rules.
