The Jinlongshan Au deposit, composed by Jinlongshan, Yaojian, Qiuling, and Guloushan ore concentrating sections, is a super micro-disseminated type gold deposit in the Ding-Ma Hg-Sb belt in Zhen-Xun basin, Southern Qinling. At present, the level is low in the study of Yaojian ore block. In order to speed up the deep metallogenic prediction in Jinlongshan gold deposit and find gold mineralization in the Hg-Sb belt, which is located in the east of the Jinlongshan deposit, we select Yaojian ore concentrating section to identify the geological and ore minerals characteristics, summarize the geochemical characteristics of the secondary and primary halos, and then forecast the deep metallogenic potential of No.210 orebody for the future exploration.Based on the field observations, especially in the research of the geological characteristics of the No.210 orebody, we selected and analyzed the ore samples to study the ore minerals characteristics and the occurrence state of gold. The open pit has exposed that the distribution of the No.210 orebody is from north to east. And oxidized ores are mainly at the surface, to the contrary, primary ores are in deep. Ore structures are mainly breccia, veinlets, disseminated, earthy, and honeycomb, while its textures are mainly idiomorphic, hypidiomorphic, allotriomorphic granular, threeling, growth-band, interstitial, and metasomatic relict texture. The main ore minerals are pyrite, As-bearing pyrite, arsenopyrite, stibnite, galena, gold, and limonite, while the gangue minerals are quartz and calcite. Electron microprobe analyses show that no natural gold has been seen, but gold content has been detected. Combined with the occurrence state of gold in the adjacent Jinlongshan ore block, gold may appear in the inclusions.Anomaly characteristics of the river stream sediment and soil surveying in Yaojian ore block suggest that near-ore element Au mainly distributes in Q iu Ling-Xipoling district. In the Au orebody, As, Hg, Au, Ag elements have relative higher abnormal values, and the abnormal area is large, having strong element concentration center. The geochemical characteristics, relevance, and clustering analysis of primary halos in No.210 orebody show that Au is independent, As, Sb, Hg have a well related relationship, while Cu, Pb, Zn, N have a good correlation. In different elevation, front elements Hg and Sb, near-ore elements Au, tail- halo elements Mo and W, have period superposition, showing that there may be several hydrothermal activity stages in this area. What’s more, the orebody has a SWW lateral trending. It has a weak positive correlation between gold grade change and ore body thickness.Summing up above researches, we superimpose front elements Hg and Sb, near-ore elements Au, tail- halo elements Mo on the vertical projection, and it shows that there may be two preliminary enrichment regions in the deep of No.210 orebody. One enrichment region is between line 1:20 to 3, elevation 820 m to 900 m, the other is between line 2:20 to 3, elevation 830 m to 880 m.
