To get the depth of the instruments, today is using the magnetic locators to measure the number of casting collars in the production logging. Original magnetic locators can not realize the measurements in new special thread casing collar well. At present, the domestic market haven’t found new special thread casing collar locators. Therefore, this paper researched for the purpose of developing the new special thread casing collar magnetic locator and the research topic is to design and realize the electrical control system of the instruments.The system consists primarily of three parts that the logging data acquisition, logging data upload and logging data analysis. By the hall effect sensor instead of the original detection probe coils, to improve the sensitivity of the detection probe and to reduce the volume of the instruments, enable instruments measure the special thread casing collar accurately. Using manchester code upload logging data to the ground system to solve the key problem of system clock synchronization. Using the dynamically adjust threshold level and depth window method to effectively identify the special thread casing collar signals. According to the average error method to calculate the depth position of casing collar to realize the depth positioning of the instrument.The hardware and software of the electrical control system of magnetic locator is described in detail in this paper. Through the analysis of new magnetic locator system experimental data show that, the new special detection probe and the identification methods in this paper can measure the new special thread casing collar accurately and it has realized the accurate positioning of the instrument. Therefore, the magnetic locator of research and design in this paper has a good application value. |
