Research On The Real Estate Management Information System Based On WebGIS

In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction of our country, the traditional real estate management method have been unable to meet the needs of the government’s development and management of real estate. Besides, urban planning is so subjective due to the lack of scientific of real estate management. While the current construction of real estate management information system still exist the problem of that the information utilization rate is low, the update of the data is difficult and the level of visualization is low. The API of business map which is the public version of the Web GIS for provides free application interface for developers. It can solve the problem of spatial data sources of real estate management information system. Therefore, in order to meet the need of the implementation of the "provisional regulations on real estate registration” and the management of present property, this paper puts forward the real estate management information system based on Web GIS, expecting to play a positive role in standardize management, improving efficiency, strengthening service, guarantee the healthy and stable of development of industry.First, this paper clears the current situation of the construction of real estate management information system and founds the problems through literature review and practice research. To solve these problems it puts forward the main idea and the main work of this study and the goal of system development need to achieve. Secondly, it illustrates the key technologies including of system development, including GIS, development of Web GIS, commercial maps API and WAMP components, and describes the concept and features of them. Thirdly, it adopts the method to different system actors including system administrators, the housing authority staff, the enterprise users and ordinary users to complete the requirements analysis of system and designs the system in detail according to three aspects of system architecture, system function and database.Finally, this paper uses the related key technical to implement some part of function of real estate management information system including: housing information query function, the real estate registration and update statistics, information management and planning functions, shows the page which can achieve the functions and related programming, laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive construction of system.The real estate management information system this paper designed and implemented can achieve the visualization of estate management and reduce cost and has good stability and experience of interface. It improves the efficiency of real estate management of and information utilization. It reduces the difficulty of development and operation compared with the real estate management information system based on GIS and professional Web GIS. Besides, it provides great convenient to ordinary users. At the same time, this research also offers a new way for the informational management of real estate.
