Recent years,Debris flow is a common geological disasters in mountains. In the conditions of the formation of debris flow, the steep mountain terrain and depositing a certain amount of loose solid material is the intrinsic factor for the formation of debris flow. The external power factor is the heavy rain or a certain intensity of rainfall, stimulating the occurrence of debris flow. Most of the debris flow happened in our country is made by excitation of heavy rainfall. Due to the characteristics of solid loose material and mountainous terrainslope difference is very big, and each region of the underlying surface and runoff condition has a very big difference, so critical strength of the outbreak of debris flow is also different. Current monitoring method is mainly used for debris flow video monitoring, artificial circuit monitoring, or monitoring and early warning of rainfall. The traditional way of monitoring, which is difficult to ensure its accuracy, also need a lot of personnel rotation monitoring at the scene. And outbreak in the complex terrain of mountainous area, artificial circuit monitoring methods lack of monitoring of security of life. Therefore, research and design a new type of landslide monitoring system, which determine the debris flow disaster in advance and reduce the loss caused by debris flow has important significance.For the change of soil moisture content and pore water pressure to in-depth study of the occurrence of debris flow, analysis under the condition of the soil moisture content is different, since the resonant inductance of osmosis membrane dielectric constant changes, from the resonance frequency of the resonant inductance change, frequency offset circuit get frequency change value, as well as in the case of different water content of the corresponding values of pore pressure change situation. Need different depth is decorated more sensors at the same time, in the same place in different location of the slope surface is arranged such a set of sensors, through the real-time sampling, such as spacing for different depth and location of the soil water content, water penetration rate, and pore pressure values. In the soil moisture content and pore water pressure sensor design, on the basis of respectively from two aspects of hardware and software was carried out based on the soil moisture content and pore water pressure of landslide monitoring sensor design. On the hardware the ARM board control in the EPCM-2640 cohesion sensor and data communication module; Software design using the ARM of the company’s ADS development platform, the data acquisition task, CF card storage software design task, Ethernet communication task, realize the system control, data caching, data storage and communications functions.After in the design of hardware and software respectively sensing device, the integrated sensor system, through the indoor and outdoor experiments on the device’s system was tested, the test is mainly focused on the soil moisture content and pore water pressure in different humidity data in the soil, and the artificial rainfall simulation data change situation of debris flow occurs, on the basis of landslides started before and after the change of soil moisture content and pore water pressure, the test result can explain mudslides start mode, the debris flow disasters can timely and effective monitoring.Based on the research of the sensor system, we can conclude that the main line, in order to improve the design of the sensor stability and accuracy, we must make the pledge that we shall in improve the stability of the sensitivity of technology application, by reducing the system synchronization error and interference between components is an important way to solve. Sensing device is the key to collect data of sensors and related circuit design, as well as in the laboratory test data through the analysis of ADS software platform and the results of the study of the theory of the comparison and analysis. Experimental test results show that the design of the theoretical research and experimental results are basically in agreement with the test, thus can prove sensing device in early warning monitoring debris flow has certain stability and accuracy.Through the research and design scheme of sensing device,we provide certain reference and reference in further study of the prevention and monitoring landslides.
