Duolong ore concentration area situated at west of Bangonghu-Nujiang metallogenetic belts, with a enormous and variety of deposit and high level research to get more attention. Cooper and Gold ore body in Bolong is one of large ore deposit in Duolong ore concentration area. The work partially choose Bolong ore deposit, which is less research on characteristics of geological factors as the research object, base on fully understand about formation, structure, alteration of magmatic rock and surrounding rock, we make a detail research about geological factors. Bolong ore deposit is consist in acid granodiorite-porphyry and quse formation quartzose arkose, with porphyry emplacement and underwater explosion bubble, surrounding rock near the contact zone form cross shaped and map crack and transport for ore-forming material migration which makes ore deposits precipitation in fracture.Ore mineralization is discharged onto crack in veins and disseminated structure. The main ore minerals of the mineralization are chalcopyrite, common pyrite, and little of bornite and molybdenite.Fractures act of intermediate acid intrusive rocks, quartzose arkose and magmatic emplacement as the most important ore controlling factor, mineralized body is confined to a narrow zone within intermediate acid intrusive rocks and near to quartzose arkose, which product of silicic acid, dipotassium salt, quartz sericite and chlorite epidotization from the insid.The irruptive rock body in Bolong shows irregularly vert vertical oblate spheroid, and the top is accidented with tendency of high north and low and deep central on project control. We cannot get the control of boundary in central. Magmatic hydrothermal is accumulating on central area and moving to north-west, north-east and south-east by by inference.Bolong mining area hydrothermal mineralization center is near to the central deposit of ZK17101, moving to surrounding. Ore mineralization is irregular columnar body with an ellipse shape, go east-west and dips southwardly.Bolong ore mineralization east and west mainly distributed in 187-155 exploration line, North and South are mainly distributed in 02-07, with features of middle thick and thin edge.The around boundary of ore mineralization has been controlled, only few mineral exposed on the corn o f north-east. The deep ore body is not in control, which means great potential in mineral exploration.Base on the relationship between irruptive rock and ore mineralization, we concluded that mineralize has close relation with rock mass, magmatic hydrothermal and hydrothermal mineralization is uniform, later than petrogenic age.We can get from rock mass thickness isoline chart and grade X thickness that hydrothermal mineralization is accumulate in deep part of intruded rock firstly. The massive ore-forming material was brought by intermediate-acid intrusive rock and aggregation and precipitation in rock fracture which moves and precipitate along primary or secondary cracks of quartzose arkose. So, intruded rock and quartzose arkose are rich of ore-forming material.We can get from grade X thickness that Cu grade is upper to lower from central to surrounding. It has high grade in deep part of intruded rock, which means ore-forming material has high accumulation in intruded rock.In summary, based on the research about relationship of geological factors, there are potential for mining in deep central and north-east in Bolong, and deeper is better.
