Qaidam basin is a Meso-Cenozoic continental sedimentary basin in western China. Based on the study of oil, gas, coals and sandstone type uranium deposit. These energy minerals always distributed on the same area and occurrenced in close layers, especially in north margin of Qaidam basin. The plane distribution rules are as follows:Petroleum mainly distributed in the western of north margin of basin. The coal type gas distributed in Lenghu, Nanbaxian, Mahai et al. areas. Minable seam almost gathered in the north margin and formed a stripe along Lenghu-Yuka-Delingha. It also found several uranium mineralized spots in Lenghu, Yuka, Beidatan, Delingha etc. Along the longitudinal, the source rocks are in Middle-Lower Jurassic and the reservoirs of gas and oil are in Middle-Upper Jurassic, Paleogene and Neogene. Coals located in Dameigou Formation and Xiaomeigou Formation. The sandstone type uranium deposit mainly grew in Dameigou Formation and Shimengou Formation of Middle Jurassic. The study of oil-gas-coals and sandstone type uranium deposit in north margin of Qaidam basin is yet to mature. But the interaction of organic and inorganic mineral resources is still the blind side of exploratory development. In order to explain their interaction, this paper added the U, Mn, Mo, V, Cs elements in simulation experiment. These elements always be accompanied with uranium deposit. Results indicate that, above all elements have function on the source rock samples, including catalytic and inhibiting actions. It can be sure that the sandstone type uranium deposit which have geocatalysis action to the source rocks in the north margin of Qaidam basin. The research shows that the sandstone type uranium deposit grew in the direction of hydrocarbon migration. It also found bleaching phenomenon in Lvcaoshan area in north margin of basin. The uranium deposit catalyzed the hydrocarbon and reducing gases, these reducing gases acted on the uranium deposit as well. Synthesizing the relevant research achievements, the coexistence of oil-gas-coals and sandstone type uranium deposit is obvious. The organic and inorganic mineral resources catalyze each other. Based on the coexistence of mutle-energy. It can be divided to the different co-exploration modes in Lenghu, Yuka, Delingha areas. This study could be helped to the co-exploration and be enriched the material of the coexistence of various energy resources.
