[Objective] Our team have been isolated ibuprofen degrading strain from sewage treatment plants, Xi’an.The test was designed to study the degradation of resistant strains of ibuprofen, screening antibiotic resistance gene and analyzed it’s resistance mechanism, provide a theoretical basis for the study that ibuprofen biodegradation in the future.[Method]The test acquired resistance clones by screening flat and the Fosmid library.Detected these clones by PCR to determine the presence of resistance genes and get its sequence.[Conclusion] The test acquired the stains’ maximum tolerated concentration of eight kinds of antibiotics and Erythromycin resistance gene ErmB was confirmed.
