This work in lanzhou university 2 x 1.7 MV tandem accelerator using 10 kev/u-500 kev/u 1-3 of the price of carbon ion high speed impact neon and argon atoms, ions through the recoil - scattering time of flight technology and position sensitive detection technology and studying multiple ionization process, multiple parameters acquisition system for C ions and Ne and Ar atom collision response in accordance with the two-dimensional spectrum analysis, get the collision process of direct ionization cross section, and then use multiple ionization cross section directly compared with direct single ionization cross section, the collision ionization cross section directly than he needs.Single ionization process directly through the experiment we concluded that, for more than the experimental value of cross section has the following characteristics:(1) more than single ionization cross section under the incident energy of 100 kev/u grow along with the incident ion energy and growth.(2) single section has a maximum value, when the incident ion energy is more than 50-200 kev/when u reach maximum.(3) after more than single section value over the peak as the incident energy continues to increase slowly decline.From our ME - COBI starred in theory, in the low energy region only considered barrier ionization ionization process, ignoring the two body impact ionization.Of theoretical calculation and experimental results confirm the reliability of our theory.
