| Solar soft X-ray observation is an effective way to obtain the temperature, density, velocity and other important parameters of high-temperature thermal plasma, which has extremely important research value in heating mechanism and kinetic behavior in the process of solar flares eruption and evolution. Based on the requirement of high-resolution solar soft X-ray integrated spectrometer and combined with domestic and international technical experience of solar soft X-ray spectral line observations and modern soft X-ray CCD technology, this paper proposes a scheme of soft X-ray spectrum line(1~ 10 ke V)observation, realized by the bent crystal Bragg diffraction and develops a set of soft X-ray CCD sensor readout circuitry.This paper mainly introduces the electronics hardware and software design of soft X-ray CCD readout circuitry. FPGA generates the CCD driving timing. The ADCDS1603 chip completes the analog to digital conversion of CCD output signal. Through the USB interface, the converted diginal signal is transmitted to the host computer and displayed on PC interface in real-time.Finally, this paper summarizes the design and realization for high-resolution solar soft X-ray CCD sensor system, and proposes some improvements on the current readout circuitry. |
