In recent years, with the rapid speed of seismic acquisition technology and seismic exploration technology, it results in huge seismic data. These make it harder to modeling the seismic interpretation, so the accuracy of the modeling data and seismic interpretation data has a higher demand. In such a background, how to ensure the accuracy of seismic interpretation data and modeling results data and how to implement data quality control System. These are both the important study contents in the field of seismic interpretation.The thesis researching by the nonlinear programming and intelligent optimization techniques based on the rich data of the interpretation modeling data and the original data. At last studying out the quality control model based on nonlinear programming and its optimization algorithm to solve the data quality control issues of seismic interpretation modeling.The thesis first analyzes the nonlinear programming, intelligent optimization algorithm, and the genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm in the application of nonlinear programming model. Then aiming at the weakness of the traditional genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm in the application, the improved genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm are proposed. The thesis builds the seismic interpretation modeling data quality control model in order to solve the issues of seismic interpretation modeling data quality, builds the quality control logic model in order to solve the issues of incomplete data and data errors, builds the quality control mathematical model in order to solve the issues of data matching. Finally, with the improved genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to optimize the model, improve the efficiency of the optimization of the model, it has good application suitability. In terms of application technology, subject adapts three layer architecture framework technology, according to the actual seismic data, realizes the quality control of seismic interpretation modeling data.The thesis develop the software in based on the actual seismic data in oil field using the seismic interpretation modeling data quality control model and optimization algorithm. It has demonstrated its effectiveness. The research results of seismic interpretation modeling data quality control has a certain theoretical and practical application value.
