Groundwater resource is one of the important natural resources for economic and social sustainable development, which has become a hot research topic in today’s academia. Changyi city is located at the south of Laizhou bay in shandong province, due to excessively exploitation of underground water resources and the deep brine resources, study area has already formed the Fresh water funnel and brine funnel and the sea(salty) water intrusion continues to invasion inland, so here is a typical research area of our country sea(salt) water intrusion. Sea(salt) water intrusion not only Increase the underground water salinity, and reduce the availability of regional water resources, but also lost the bearing capacity of regional environment.The essence of seawater intrusion phenomenon is hydrostatic pressure of brackish-water interface is destroyed in the coastal areas, then seawater invades the inland along the aquifer.The phenomenon will make the soil salinization,destroy the inland freshwater water source, bring difficulties in life to local residents and economic losses. If Seawater intrusion phenomenon is happened, it usually has the three stages of original, evolution and retard. In addition, the happening of this kind of phenomenon also has two prerequisites, which are hydrodynamic conditions and hydrogeological conditions.A series of works, such as data collection are conducted before the modelong. On the basis of hydrogeological conditions in the study area,we have divided it into some aquifer groups and established the conceptual model. By using SEAWAT, the groundwater numerical simulation software, we set up the numerical simulation, from Jan 1st, 2013 to Dec 31 st, 2013, and calibrate the model employing the trial-and-error method. And the sources and sinks, from Jan 1st, 2014 to Apr 30 st, 2014, are used to verify the model.Based on the calibrated and verified model, the model is used to predict from Jan 1st, 2013 to Dec 31 st, 2021. The forecasted results suggest that the average recharge for many years is 34309×104kg/a, while the average production recharge for many years is 33936×104kg/a.Moreover,3g/l of salinity line will move to inland about 400 m/a on Dec 31 st, 2021, which means fresh water sanilization rate is becoming fast and will affect agricultural and domestic water supply.
