Daya Bay Neutrino Experiment found θ13 is much larger than the expected value,such it is possible that neutrino mass measurement sequence and CP phase angles in the near future。Jiangmen neutrino experiments measuring neutrino mass order, but also to accurately measure the neutrino oscillation parameters of which six in four, and achieve better than 1% of the international best level, such that the test neutrino mixing matrix the unitary nature, the discovery of new physics are possible.The success of BESⅢ and Daya Bay Experiment depends on detectors,electronics,Data Acquisition(DAQ),slow control,physical analysis and so on. During the experiment, slow control system needs to monitor the working status of sub-detectors and readout electronics, and to identify possible exceptions in order to control system’s running state in time.JUNO Experiment is the most largest international collaborative project in the fundamental science of China until now, include many scientists all around the world. In order to reduce the amount of onsite shifter, improve work efficiency and conserve funds, we need to implement the function of remote monitoring and control. The existing slow control system using GUI to monitor, the network performance can’t meet the demand of operating GUI remotely, so we need to develop a remote monitor and control system based on Linux.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of JUNO slow control remote system. The target of this system is meet the need of remote monitoring and control for JUNO experimenters. Based on the existing slow control system, this system was designed and implemented. The paper covers the research of current popular EPICS Archiver Appliance based on Java Web technique and the detailed introduction of web front implementation, system of remote monitoring and data management.
