With China’s rapid economic development, coal as the main energy consumer goods production continued to increase, but the production safety situation of coal mine has been unsatisfactory, occurring in the gas explosion, fault water, severe flooding and other disasters, causing casualties and economic loss is still very alarming. The government has issued a series of strengthening coal production safety related laws and regulations, increase the safety in production inputs, a large number of new engineering geophysical technology has been applied to the underground coal mining. Provides a very broad space for geophysical exploration technology and engineering. However, due to the continuous production of the importance of coal production safety and underground geological condition is complex and the requirements, proposed stringent requirements for the coal mine underground exploration.At present, in the underground mining face relatively lack of geophysical geophysical measures, the effect is not ideal. Tomography technology has the advantages of large amount of information, high resolution, vivid, vigorous development this year, tomography technology has been in the medicine of epoch-making significance, but also applied in various fields of science and technology. Elastic wave CT technology in petroleum industry, civil engineering, hydropower engineering field trial and application long time is relatively mature. The elastic wave CT technique has wide application prospect in underground coal mining face. At present, only a few times related to the underground experiment, there is no a complete system or related professional software. So the elastic wave penetration system is necessary for the prediction of geological anomalies in the coal mining face, the safety production and improve economic efficiency has great significance.Compared with the mature medical CT, tomographic imaging conditions more complex underground mining area, the projection data are not complete, the correlation between abnormal body and the detected object is not clear enough, and ill posed difficulties, resulting in imaging is not accurate enough, the urgent need to carry out research on the basic theory of CT Technology applied in underground mining in the area. Detection can help to solve the geological underground mining face of abnormal body, and promote the application of elastic wave CT technology in coal production, to provide support for China’s energy security.Elastic wave CT technology mainly includes "modeling" and "inversion" two key technologies. The forward calculation of ray travel time from the initial model, inversion is the physical parameters from the measured travel time calculation model. Forward generally has a relatively stable and clear solution model. Inversion often have multiple solutions problem. This paper develops a set of the underground coal mining area of the elastic wave CT software application, "elliptic constraint" algorithm to achieve fast curved ray tracing; combined application of SIRT iteration and the damping coefficient of "automatic matching" method to achieve high accuracy and fast imaging. Through numerical analysis and engineering examples verify the practical effects of this software. And use the software function of inversion factors that influence the image reconstruction accuracy is discussed.
