Gannan rare earth mine is resource-rich with the characteristics of full partition, high level in valuable and low radioactivity of raw ore and proven reserves ranking the first all around the country. In recent decades, the disorder exploitation has triggered a large scale of landslide hazard, which threatens the safety of the personnel and equipment in the process of exploitation. Therefore, the research on evaluation and prevention and control of mine landslide hazard of rare earth mine has significance meaning to protecting the people’s lives, property and security.Combined with the analysis of the investigation on the study area, this paper established the digital elevation model through ARCGIS software, computed the weights by AHP, regionalized the study area by risk of the landslide hazard in the combination of weighted information computation model,identified the high risk areas, analyzed influence factors, simulated the changes in slope stability coefficient under specific conditions by Geo Studio software, and put forward proposals in landslide prevention. The main conclusions are as follows:1 Combed with the actual field survey data and remote sensing images of the study area, analyze the influencing factors of the landslide to provide a basis for selecting the landslide hazard evaluation factors of study area.2 According to the engineering geological conditions of the study area, select grade and aspect of slope, evaluation、Landslide hazard、tank leaching、heap leaching Residence Community and Undisturbed slope as the evaluation factors. By using AHP, weighted information computation model and the space analysis function of Arc GIS, clarify the area into three grades in risk: high, medium and low, including 15.24% with high risk, 41.49% with medium and 43.27% with low.3 Aiming to high-risk area, analyze the mechanism of major factors trigging landslide and put forward the suggestion of prevention, combining with the actual process using the software-aided analysis by geostudio.4 Aiming to the tailings pile, select control measures of ecological restoration; as to the slope after in-situ leaching process, the slope stability is leaching decreased; in slope is used in situ leaching process, discovered that the slope stability coefficient increased with the increase of leaching time, the continued injection of about 33 days to reach the minimum value; by changing the continuous liquid injection rate was found when the injection rate is less than13.26mm/d when the slope stability coefficient in the above safety standard value, the proposed combination of in-situ leaching process, selection of control liquid injection rate to reduce landslide probability of occurrence.
