Question about the birth of modern science in the history of science community has been highly controversial, although the history of science community agreed that the birth of modern science and mathematics has a huge role, but "how the role of mathematics in modern science," the answer, but few historians of science be able to clarify a relationship. Geometry and Algebra attributed to mathematics in subject categories, but before Descartes founded analytic geometry, the two are parallel two-door disciplines, historians of science in mathematical discourse on the importance of modern science, most descriptions are about geometry learn rather than algebra. Modern science is "natural mathematics" of the idea, although there are no errors, but slightly wider. In China, about modern science "mathematical" research is not uncommon, and the geometry and physics linked to the history of scientific research, but not much.In this paper, the relationship between geometry and physics research as a starting point to start. First, the difference between the ancient science and modern science, Einstein "G+P topic," and "Needham question" Three different side to reflect the importance of geometry and physics between the two; secondly, elaborated Three essential characteristics of geometric evolution:the measure, and the Truth, and the interpretation of ancient scholars of geometry and physics; and finally, the physics geometry of Galileo, Descartes and Newton’s physics and construction geometrically Modern Construction Science Mechanics and three different ways to link geometry and physics, and to sort out "coupled" as well as the relationship between geometry and physics geometry during the birth of modern science in particular its effect. Final conclusion:the combination of geometry and physics are key to the birth of modern science.
