Quantum optics has developed rapidly in recent years. Much attention has been paid to the resonance fluorescence, due to the great significance in exploring the na-ture of the light field and the atoms. This theory has important meaning for the interactions between the light field and the atoms, the cause and the structure of the resonance fluorescence. By calculating and analyzing the resonance fluorescence spectrum, we can get detailed information of the hybrid system. In practical appli-cations, the atomic fluorescence effect is also applied to the industrial, medical and other fields. To date, many experimental and theoretical work has been achieved in the fluo-rescence spectrum of two-level atoms. In this paper, the main work is to study the resonance fluorescence of two-level atoms in the case that the cavity field is resonant with the side band of the atomic transition. We have calculated the expressions of the fluorescence spectrum through Fourier transform and drawn the system radiation fluorescence spectrum in cases of rotating wave approximation and non-rotating wave approximation. Take the same value system parameters, we found that the fluores-cence spectrums of the systems are very different in two cases via comparison. The split situation of fluorescence spectrum, the line width, and the height of the peak have been notably changed.
