Quark-gluon plasma is a split-new state of substance presaged through the QCD.For the collisions of nuclear materials, from the beginning substance to the most basic particle finally. The collision process is completed, we found that the ion loss of that part of the energy in the small area. During the test, we can only inspect final particle condition, the evolution of the process is no way to observe. Studying on physical process of phase transition is only accessible through the distribution of final condition particles. Researchers according to the message carried by the final particles to the analysis, which can describe the evolution process in those middle and presage a number of probable appearance.In the first chapter, people mainly discuss the development of the matter construction, high energy nucleus and nucleus collisions and the important movements of particles. In the second part of the paper, we introduce the basic principles of UrQMD model, the parameters of setting, the equation of state. The third chapter mainly explains the basic concept of the fractal theory, the basic concepts and properties of multifractal, and multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis method. The dispersion has a significant role for us, because there are some very important message. we need some very important information can be found in the fluctuation. In the fourth part of the thesis, we use multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis method to study the peculiarity of particles. When the Impact centrality is between 5% and 45%, spectral function f (α) is a continuous distribution and asymmetrical convex curve. The different f (α) corresponding to singularity α. We can think that the dispersion of 9 kinds of particles belong to multiple type structure. If the impact centrality is between 5% and 45%,the result is different.The final chapter is a summary of this article, as well as prospects for further spread of this study.
