In this study, we selected 8 mining areas researched object in Daxinganling Forest Areas in Inner Mongolia areaused the method of field investigation and laboratory analysis. We analyzed of the different types of minerals, different mining methods on mine vegetation, also the effect of mineral exploitation on vegetation was analyzed. The results show:(1) The vegetation failure rate of coal mine was 10.13%,metal ore was 1.53 times of mine; the vegetation failure rate of underground mining of metal ore was 1.72%; metal ore mining was well exposed metal ore mining 1.17 times; the vegetation failure rate of mine coal mine was 5.24%, open-pit mining was 9.65 times of the underground mining. With the increase of vegetation damage degree of mining time was increasd year by year.(2) In the mining disturbance, can be increased the number of mines retained vegetation on plant genera and species, among them,in coal mining, the genus and species increased respectively 237.5%,312.5%, in metal mine were 4.35%,6.45%; in metal mines, in underground mining, the genus and species increased respectively 80%, 136.36%, no change in the proportion of open-pit mining of the genus, but the proportion of species decreased by 5.53%; in the coal mine, the genus and species increased respectively 95.24%,104%, open-pit mining were 66.67%41.67%.(3) In the mining disturbance, mine herbaceous biomass increased by 256.75%, 223.58% increase in metal mine; in metal mines, herbaceous biomass of underground mining increased 256.96%,11.41% increase in open-pit mining; in the coal mine, herbaceous biomass increased 1.75 fold,1.3 fold increase in opencast mining.(4) In the mining disturbance, coal dominance index and richness index showed an increasing trend and the difference was significant; in metal mines, diversity index and evenness index of opencast mining decreased significantly low evenness index were significantly lower in the underground mining; in the coal mine,4 diversity index decreased significantly.(5) Lead-zinc plant growth significantly affected within 270m range from the tailings pond.(6) Recovery evaluation results, Huanggangliang iron ore, Dayangshu mine, Huolinhe opencast grade Ⅱ; Baiyinnuoer lead-zinc mine was IV differential.
