Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that artificial heating of the ionosphere caused series metamorphosis effect in the local ionosphere. In this dissertation, on the basis of the theoretical and experimental studies, Carried out related aspects of artificial ionospheric heating experiment. The main work carried out is as follows:First, the single electron, collective electron and continual media of electromagnetic scattering are discussed. According to the electromagnetic wave theory and the test particle theory, the general expression of ion line spectrum and plasma line spectrum is derived.Second, the Ohmic heating theory and parametric decay instability theory has introduced, and elaborated the basic conditions of the heating experiment,and the EISCAT data processing and analysis software GUISDAP and RTG, as well as the use of the data processing and analysis software.Third, ion line spectrum and plasma line spectrum of the normal ionosphere has studied, and the relationship between the electron density, electron temperature, ion temperature and the height of the ionosphere are analyzed.Fourth, the metamorphosis effect Ion line spectrum in the heating experiments and plasma line spectrum near the reflection height is studied, structural features of ion line spectrum in heating period as well as the ion line spectrum and plasma line spectrum is analyzed.Fifth, the ionospheric parameters: electron density, electron temperature, ion temperature change in the amount of reflection height is analyzed.
