The ocean is about 70 percent of the planet’s mass. The development and utilization of Marine resources has a great influence on the human’s survival and development. China’s coastal line is about 20000 kilometers long, The development of marine economy has become a part of our national economy, In order to fully develop and utilize the abundant resources in the sea, people had tried all sorts of methods for underwater detection and communications activities from very early. Marine industry has been towards a comprehensive stage of development and utilization based on high-tech detection. The laser has the advantages of high brightness, good directivity, good monochromaticity and good coherence characteristics. Thus the light used for communication and detection of underwater. Seawater is a complex multicomponent system. It contains a variety of organic, inorganic, dissolved and suspended substances, and these materials has influence on projected rate of the laser propagation in seawater. Therefore the study of Transmission properties of light of Different salt water solution in seawater has certain guidance and reference value for research on Laser underwater communication and Laser detection and potential technology.This article study begin with The influence of main components of solute in seawater on laser, the experiment use UV-visible-infrared spectrophotometer to respectively measured, then Discuss and analyze five salt NaCl, MgCl2, KCl, NaHCO3, MgSO4 Transmission spectra of solute water solution,. Recommend main ingredients of seawater and Some factors that affect Optical properties of sea water. Theoretical analysized absorption and scattering properties when Laser transmit in seawater.We measured the relationship between solution concentration and electrical conductivity. And use Laser with three different wavelengths to research transmission or absorption properties of different salt solution. Draw the curve of different salt solution of transmission of laser,work out the Fitting empirical formula,and figure out that The transmittance decreases with the concentration of the solution concentration range, The same transmission distance and different concentration of water solution affect the transmission of light through plot analysis.Hope the result can provide reference and basis for research of Laser underwater transmission characteristics.
