| Bioreactor is a device that can be used in biological engineering field for tissue culture ortissue movement simulation. The performance and structure of the bioreactor directly affectwhich kinds of organizations can be cultured or which kinds of movement style can besimulated. Therefore, the study of a bioreactor has diversified functions is being given moreand more attention recently.By studying a multifunctional loading bioreactor, combined with rolling, sliding, tensionand compression loading mechanism, we designed a bioreactor that had every function of theabove. The bioreactor can be used in many comprehensive researches, such as tissueengineering applications, drug experiments in vitro, the biological mechanical propertiesexperiments. The bioreactor can achieve from a low speed to high speed of different rangeprecision position control, with rolling, sliding and rolling combining sliding load, also canachieve high-frequency and dual-frequency load on the culture. The bioreactor not only canbe applied to most of the tissue engineering culture, but also can realize the mechanicalproperties test of the culture or other materials.First of all, this paper analyzed the main structure forms of bioreactors at home andabroad, and their applicable environment and situation, summarizing their advantages anddisadvantages, combining the bioreactor reality needs, made a design scheme of themultifunction bioreactor. After the plan formulation was completed, designed the main bodyof the multifunctional bioreactor in detail, and used the Solidworks three-dimensionalsoftware for bodies and parts to build a three-dimensional model. Then designed themultifunctional bioreactor control system, establishing a multi-axis control system based onPMAC, and using C language developed a multifunctional bioreactor interactive interfacesoftware. Finally, carried finite element analysis on the main bearing parts of themultifunction bioreactor, analyzing whether they conformed to the requirements of themultifunction bioreactor functions. If did not conform to the requirements of optimizationsolution, took measures to solve it, ensured that the multifunctional bioreactor was reasonableand effective.The bioreactor will be more and more applied in the biomedical research and materialmechanics performance testing. It will provide a powerful platform for the research of theseaspects, especially make a significant contribution in cartilage regeneration research. |
