| Ocean which accounts for71percent of the whole world contains ample mineral andbiological resources. Increased research and exploitation of deep-sea has great significanceto protect national marine territorial integrity, develop and use ocean resource, improve theability of exploitation ocean resource and ensure national international status and balancedand sustainable economic development.Advanced Human Occupied Vehicle (HOV) is necessary to exploit deep-searesource, with longer detecting time, deeper submergence and more improved detectionfunction. Therefore, the more and more new technologies and materials are involved in theprocess of developing advanced Human Occupied Vehicle. What needs to stress, securityand reliability of HOV is premise and foundation to complete the exploration mission andthe opening structures of HOV have great influence on structure strength and sealing ofwhole HOV. The opening structures contain watertight doors structure for drivers entranceand viewport structure for detection. Meanwhile, the material of viewport is plexiglass andviewport’s flange is titanium alloy. The paper discusses the change of stress anddisplacement of viewport and flange and stress concentration of viewport to ensurereliability of viewport structure in the working phase.In this paper, viewport structure which is one of opening structures of HOV acts asimportant research object to analyze viewport stress, calculate stress of viewport based oncalculation method of elastoplastic mechanical and research the changing rules andcharacteristics of viewport under static load. And then, by mean of finite element methodsoftware, viewport contact face is simulated and loading condition of contact face isdiscussed. New contact faces are introduced to segmented research loading condition ofthem. Based on design criterion of viewport structure, analyze the influence of differentparameters of viewport structure which is changed in reasonable scope on mechanicalproperties of viewport. Meanwhile, introduced and revised theoretical calculating methodcalculates viewport stress compared with finite element result and viewport test result tosummarize changing rules of viewport’s mechanical properties and defects of viewportwith bigger diameter. Finally, the viewport is applied dynamic load to simulate diving process of HOV. Changing condition of viewport’s mechanical properties is analyzed andnegative influence of faster diving speed on viewport is discussed.Relative analysis methods and the conclusions of this paper will be instructive andmeaningful to theoretical calculation and the design of opening structure of deep-seasubmersible in the future. |
