Geophysical inversion problem exists equivalence, which is a long-term problemthat the geophysical workers overcome; equivalent source is the equivalent of anon-real field source. Gravity and magnetic field belongs to uniform field and satisfythe principle of superposition. In the gravity and magnetic anomalies conversion andinversion imaging interpretation, using the equivalent source method can easilytransform the potential field. It is an indisputable fact to achieved good results.Because the distance between the powered electrode AB are long enough,so theladder in DC IP device,we obesrved in one-third or two-thirds of the area between themiddle of AB,and intermediate gradient observations are carried out. The electricfield can be regarded as uniform field. Since it is an uniform field, we will naturallyconsider the gravity and magnetic field equivalent source method has beensuccessfully exploited technology to achieve bit-field conversion and inversionimaging technology applied to DC IP as the pole in the ladder rate inversion imaging. The paper mainly study results:(1)I use the spherical polarized body as the model,to derived its polarization rate, theformular of derivative of first order, two order derivative, the horizontal component ofthe polarization.(2)I prepared the corresponding program, designed the same model which ProfessorXiao Hongyue designed it in the "Ground Electrical Tutorial".The result is entirelyconsistent with it, It verify the program’s correctness.(3)I designed a variety of models to simulate the inversion imaging. The result is that:Imaging (model body) horizontal projection resolution is relatively high, the verticalresolution need to be further improved. Equivalent source inversion imaging candetermine the spatial location of the basic appearance of the source body size.Achieved initial results.(4)Finally, through the practical application of data processing, the source whichdetermined by imaging are consistent with the drilling, geophysical geologicalinference results.Preliminary view that, after further study and improve, theequivalent source inversion imaging has some practical value.(5)In the paper I also focused on the impact of some of the inversion imaging factor (such as changes in depth equivalent source for imaging effects, etc.).
