This is the Ministry of land and resources of the land change survey databases tomodify the standard issue sub line-plane relation of land survey data. Land surveydata for the study of linear features, land survey data system based on vector dataformat, any linear target spatial form mainly through the form of "line" representation.By analyzing the data structure and characteristics of linear features, the topologicalrelationships between linear and linear, the topological relationships between linearand land parcel, using spatial analysis method and combined with the methodologicalof line target buffer zone established buffer, salient arc algorithm and angle bisectoralgorithm, proposing linear features faceted technical route, linear features faceteddetailed algorithm.The important technical means of linear features faceted: the axis of linear featuresas the reference line, half width of the linear features as buffer radius, through theestablishment of buffer methods to achieve linear features faceted. In the process ofsurface linear features decomposition into three buffer faceted process, endpoint, axisand turning point in this text, each process is given a detailed algorithm. In theprocess of studying linear features surface model, first select a specific model analysisto the general model; a single model to the combined model; simple models tocomplex models. Thesis use large number of models about the area of linear featuresfaceted compare with the area of linear features before faceted in land survey date.The mathematical area between linear features and land parcel transformation in landsurvey date. Finally using simulate model and reality model test linear featuresfaceted by the ArcGIS and MapGIS platform, and the precision of linear featuresfaceted area subtraction compared with the precision of general linear features areasubtraction in the land survey resources statistics.
