Nowadays, hyperchaotic system with lager key space has been widely studied inthe field of image encryption technology. With the rapid development of networkinformation technology, a large number of digital image information is passedthrough the network. How to ensure the privacy and security of the image also hasattracted more and more people’s attention. Compared with the plain text information,Digital image information storage format is usually a two-dimensional matrix and thespace which is taked up is larger. Chaos as a special kind of nonlinear systems,because of its pseudo random motion trajectory, extreme sensitivity to initialconditions, unpredictability and complexity etc, has unique advantages in the imageencryption technology. For hyperchaotic system, because of its better unpredictability,more complex dynamic behavior, and larger key space, the application of chaoticsequence as a key for digital image encryption has a greater advantage and researchspace.This article will focus on hyperchaotic system research, mainly including thestudy of hyperchaotic system and application of hyperchaotic system for digitalimage encryption. The related work are as follows:In the study of hyperchaotic system, this article establishes a new hyperchaoticsystem of4d model, proves this system is a hyperchaotic system by lyapunov indexmethod and analysis the dissipation of this system, the existence of attractors, thebalance and the stability of this system. By using the algorithm of fixed step lengthode23in MATLAB simulation software, this article get super chaotic attractor phasediagrams. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem, according to the stability of thissystem, this paper designs a new controller and analysises and researches the stabilityof the system for proving the rationality of the designed controller.In the study of hyperchaotic system of image encryption, the article discussesimage encryption technology of hyperchaotic system theoretically. The articledesigns the encryption and decryption technology of digital image according to theestablished hyperchaotic system model and applying the hyperchaotic sequence produced by pixel scrambling and pixel replacement method. In order to prove thereliability of the encryption algorithm, the article analysises the encryption algorithmgenerated by hyperchaotic sequence proposed in this paper’s hyperchaotic systemand proves the effectiveness of its encryption effect. The analysis includs keysensitivity analysis, histogram analysis, adjacent pixels image correlation analysis,anti-interference ability analysis and safety performance analysis.
