To ensure the real-time, accurate, standard and rationalized management of the data collected by IOT(Internet of Things) automatic weather stations, a large system for automatic weather stations’data network integrated management has been designed in this paper. It can improve meteorological services, research and service level. The main contents are as follows.It uses the architecture of C/S and B/S combination and chooses the Oracle lOg as the system’s back-end database. In Visual Studio2008platform, the remote data receiving software of automatic station and meteorological data integrated management system have been designed with C#and ASP.NET language. The remote data receiving software of automatic station achieves real-time receiving, analytical processing, quality control, network storage and receiver monitoring for weather data. The meteorological data integrated management system provides functions such as data configuration, statistics, query, export and database management, etc. By using the Web Service technology, it achieves the dynamic distribution of real-time weather data.In this paper, considering the status quo that automatic weather stations’ geographic range is wide and the amount of meteorological data is large, it analyzes the deficiency of a centralized database on data management. Based on oraclelOg database remote access technology, it researches the application feasibility of distributed database on the meteorological data network integrated management system. It provides the support for achieving efficient management and sharing of nationwide meteorological data.To resolve the problem that real-time weather data always exists element values missing or incorrect, it combines the rough set theory with radial basis function neural networks to research the meteorological data interpolation method. This method works well and provides a effective data processing method for meteorological service personnel. Meanwhile it lays the foundation of establishing continuous meteorological data sets.After testing and running, various system functions basically meet the design requirements. It reduces the complexity of meteorological data’s collection, collation and statistics. Also it improves the utilization efficiency of automatic weather stations’observation data effectively.
