Traditional Nyquist sampling theorem requires the signal sampling frequency must be greater than twice the highest frequency of signals. However, in some systems, to meet the real-time requirements and to im-prove the resolution and accuracy, software and hardware devices face many challenges. Such as high sampling rate is needed, data processing efficiency is slow, huge storage space is consumedThe emergence of compressed sensing (CS) provides a new method to solve the above problem. Compressed sensing has broken the restric-tions of the Nyquist theorem, puts forward and requires only a small amount of sampling value method can recover the original signal. For compressible signals or sparse signals, compressed sensing theory can complete the sampling and the compression of the signal at the same time. The sampling rate is much lower than the sampling rate under Nyquist sampling theorem. The original signal can be reconstructed accurately by adopting a appropriate reconstruction algorithm.The main work of this paper has three parts. The first part introduces the theory of compressed sensing and its applications. The focus of narra-tion is the reconstruction algorithms which relate to the research contents of this paper. The second part is to the special structure signals like lightning signal, which the non-zero coefficient is concentrated and the amount of data signals is huge, improve the compressed sensing recon-struction algorithm. That is, introducing isometry sampling signal de-composition and multi-core multi-threaded parallel processing technology, the implementation of the compression and reconstruction of such signals can achieve successfully. The third part introduces the use of compressed sensing technology in the information processing of lightning location system. Achieve the purpose of efficient processing of signals in lightning location system. At the same time, greatly reduce the pressure of hard-ware store for lightning signal.By the analysis of the simulation results and the processing of in-formation in lightning location system, the compressed sensing based on signal decomposition can overcome the specific characteristics like lightning signal, the signal can be compressed and reconstruction suc-cessfully. Parallel processing technology of multi-core and multi thread-ing makes the signal efficiency in reconstruction can be improved greatly.
