In this paper,an HIV infection model and an HCV infection model within host are for-muleted and analyized. An HIV infection model with incubation and time delay is fomulated and analyized. The basic reproduction number is given, the globally asymptotical stabilies for infection-free equilibrium and infection equilibrium are proven by means of construction of a suitable lyapunov function.Numerical simulation supports the theoretical results. Then,an HCV infection model with distribution delay is built and analyized. The explicit expression of the basic reproduction number is obtained. The globally asymptotical stabilites for infection-free equilibrium and infection equlibrium are shown by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function.
