In recent years, more and more new energy has been widely attentionand applied.New energy colloidal quantum dots in the scientific researchhas become a popular and high attention material,compared with thetraditional luminescent material quantum dot material has superioroptical properties.On the photoelectric detector, optical waveguide,sensing detection, biomedical markers as well as various aspects such asthe laser field has a broad application prospect. This article mainlycolloidal quantum dot size effect, surface effect, dielectric limitedeffect and routes of the synthesis methods of commonly used tointroduce,Through to the absorption spectrum, the level structure ofcolloidal quantum dots and of colloidal quantum dots photoluminescencequantum yield calculation, time-resolved fluorescence lifetime techniqueto analyze the colloid luminescence properties of quantum dots.FurtherCIS for synthesizing quantum dots for TEM characterization analysis andphotoluminescence temperature dependence of CIS quantum dots werestudied.Conclusion ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots is administered by a varietyof complex mechanism, including the level of surface defect relatedradiative recombination luminescence, quantization conduction to theinternal state of ontology composite luminescence and donor-acceptor pair(DAP) transition between composite luminescence.Drops with the finalpreparation based on colloid ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots administered LEDand the luminescence properties of phosphor were analyzed, and get thestability of the peak at700nm red light, through the calculation method of CIE, it is concluded that the color coordinate is (0.632,0.632).ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots administered a red phosphor stable alsofully proved adopting quantum dots phosphor for LED is feasible.
