Land subsidence is a vertical surface due to natural factors and human factors to deformationphenomena. Many of our cities and regions are affected by land subsidence. Land subsidencesustained a direct impact on regional economic development and social stability.Differential short baseline interferometry (SBAS-InSAR) in recent years developed a newtechnology, compared with GPS and leveling,SBAS-InSAR monitoring technology with highaccuracy, low cost monitoring, large coverage, access data faster, advantages of regionalmonitoring is difficult to monitor. The main stage for ground subsidence, landslides, glaciermovement, volcanic activity, earthquakes and other small surface deformation monitoring. Itsaccuracy can reach millimeter.In this paper, using a small set of baseline InSAR technology, select2006-2010ALOS-PALSAR data22widths, combined GDEM data through image registration, interferogramfiltering, to the ground effect, phase unwrapping, to the topography and geography phase codingand other technical processes, Liaoyang-Anshan Land subsidence carried out research.The results showed that the mostly Liaoyang to Anshan areas surface deformation rate of lessthan10mm/a. The main land subsidence areas are coal mining areas in Xima mining area (A) andShoushan water Source area (B). Xima mining area (A) which the maximum settlement rate of25mm/a, starting from December2006, the settlement rate was gradually increasing trend, untilOctober2010maximized. From the total of the settlement point of view, after four years ofcomputing, to October2010, total settlement of about107mm. Sedimentation rate greater than10mm area is approximately3.36Km2. Shoushan water Source area (B) Settlement punctatedistribution, mostly the smaller size of the settlement, and the overall settlement rate does notexceed16mm, maximum subsidence rate of15mm/a, starting from December2006to October2010, more sedimentation rate wavy ups and downs. December2006to September2008, thesettlement rate gradually decreases, from September2008to October2010settlement rate from0mm/a to the maximum13mm/a. From the total of the settlement point of view, to October2010,4-year cumulative settlement of about51mm. Sedimentation rate greater than10mm area isapproximately0.35Km2.Shoushan funnel area (B), multi-point distribution of the settlement, the smaller size of thesettlement, and the overall settlement rate does not exceed16mm, maximum subsidence of rate is15mm/a, from the settlement rate from the beginning of December2006to2010October, mostlyundulating rate, from December2006to September2008, the settlement rate became smaller,from September2008to October2010settlement rate from0to the maximum13mm/a. From thecumulative amount of the settlement terms, after four years of computing, to October2010, totalsettlement is about51mm. Settlement rate greater than10mm in this area is about0.35Km2.Analysis of two typical regional settlement mechanism to determine Xima mining area (A)settlement, mainly due to the Quaternary diving mining caused all DREDGING stratacompression and engineering geological characteristics of the coal-bearing formations affected.Shoushan funnel area (B) is mainly due to the settlement of doing long-term exploitation ofgroundwater, leading to the upper strata of Quaternary silty clay permanent settlement andcompaction in confined aquifer sand secret cause temporary release pressure Ground subsidence.
