The CZB-1type perpendicular pendulum tiltmeter is a instrument that is used tomeasure the crust trace tilt and record the earth tilt tide. It is installed at the bottom ofthe tens of meters’ well hole. So it can largely shun surface interference. And it cancapture the pre-seismic crustal deformation and disturbance information whichprovide the basis of earthquake analysis and prediction. With strong adaptability, highsensitivity and good stability, it can work well in almost any terrain conditions ofbedrock and covering, connect with many kinds of data collecting system,and realizethe data remote transmission.By harmonic analysis of earth tides and discrimination of original form using theperpendicular pendulum tilt data taken at the Heilongjiang province precursorysensitive points-Yanshou Seismic station, this paper found that there is an obvious lowvalue anomaly about the perpendicular pendulum tilt tide factor before the earthquake.Tidal parameter anomaly generally appear in half a year before the earthquake in apattern of trend change and non-trend change,the anomaly gradually decreases in twomonths before the earthquake along with the increasing and decreasing of amplitudeand with the change of cluster degree of high frequency information. Also Yanshou tiltcaptured tilt disturbance before the earthquake and solid tide distortion and otherprecursory information. Thus this paper began the further analysis. Yanshou tiltobservation results confirm that Fujii thing lang’s induction about the characteristicsof the four stages of strain accumulation is right. It can record the effectiveinformation of terrain deformation which varys continuously and slowly and comesfrom the interior of the earth.Overall, the ability of reflecting earthquake of the terrain deformation data is an important index to judge the performance of the instrument and detection capability.The interference to perpendicular pendulum of Yanshou station is also very small.And Sloping water level and pressure do not correlate significantly. Station location isin strict accordance with “the technical specification of earthquake and Gigabit digitalobservation”. And it is located in the important area of Yishu Fault Zone. Ever sincethe observed data has appeared,we recorded the valuable precursor anomalyinformation for many times, which shows great advantage on the relationship betweenthe slope on the two points to the anomaly points and the future earthquake. In thefuture working, we will do a good job in analysis summary, and we believe thatthrough our continuous efforts, an effective scale which can judge the earthquakesituation can be obtained in range of350km around the station location.
