Xinjiang area is located in the northwest Inland arid area, because due to the center of the continentand far from the ocean, so it drier than others. At the Piedmont Plains, because the climate is very dry, theprecipitation is scarcity and exiguous strong evaporation, so in most cases is not producing runoff. Runoffmainly rely on the glacier, snow melt and precipitation recharge, only in rare cases can form a briefrainstorm runoff, but its gross is not worth mentioning, available water resources are extremely deficient.The Manas river is the most representative inland arid area of Xinjiang basin, in recent years, the speed ofland development and use: Construction of reservoir, river, affore station and so on, and the unreasonableland use, resulting in a variety of basin water resources utilization and ecological environmental problems.Therefore, to explore and Research on behalf of watershed runoff has important significance.This paper selects Manas river watershed as a study area, built the runoff model which is includesnowmelt module and refinement of underlaying surface, analysis character of land use change in, withmeasured rainfall runoff data as a basis, using the established model to simulate the typical watershedrunoff process, consider the regional natural and geographical conditions, key analysis the model and therelated factors. The results show that:(1) As a result of the Manas River Basin, land use type is rich, the runoff calculation if the applicationsurface rainfall calculation will bring great error, so it is it is necessary in every area of land use arerespectively carried out the calculation of runoff; combination of Manas river basin land use types, theexcess infiltrated runoff and water flow mode of the two organic combination. Manas river basin is situatedin arid and semi arid area in most areas, river runoff patterns is not fixed, both excess infiltration and water,two kinds of mode often interweave together, in the light of these characteristics, infiltration-excess runoffand Stored-Full runoff coupling is very necessary.(2)Selects the Manas river system in typical watershed in the number of annual runoff series for modelcalibration and verification. The simulation results show that, the model simulated runoff precision is high,the basin prediction scheme is effective for the B, model to simulate flood error is within24.5%, and thediameter of simulation flow line and runoff process line fitting better.(3)Using the established containing snowmelt module and refinement of underlaying surface runoffmodel, in1978and1999land use conditions, simulation of typical watershed runoff process, and analyzedits change rule. Further analysis of main factors influencing runoff, and puts forward some solutionsaccording to the change of the main influence factors.
