Interferometry (InSAR) has been developed rapidly in recent twenty years,Itsdifferential mode (D-InSAR), can be applied to dectec ground deformation with theadvantages of all-weather,large-scale and high accuracy, with provides a newspace-geodetic approach for ground deformation disater monitor. However, Itsapplications has been limited by the factor of spatio-temporal deeorrelation andstmospheric effect. The PSI technique which developed in recent years can overcomethe limited factors, the operation objects of this technique are Permanent seatters Pointtargets which can keep Phase stable in the temporal series and these Point targets canbe used to get surface subsidence by analyzing the times series differential Phasevariation. The basic principles of InSAR and the composition of the interferometric phasewere introduced. The deformation monitoring Principle and Processing Procedure ofDInSAR, the error sources and restricted factors were analyzed. Have got thedeformation result. In the experiment of Longmen Shan belt along the main fault withEnvisat-asar data for the monitoring of ground deformation. In addition, the spacedifferential Phase model has been established based on the DInSAR technology andthe key technology of PSInSAR data Processing were introduced.Considering characteristics of the stable backscatters and high SNR of PS Pointtargets,multi-threshold algorithm is Proposed to detect PS Point targets. In thisPaper,39SAR Images covered Dujiangyan area has been used to select PS Pointtargets which distributed reasonably. It proved the reliability of identification, the PSPoint targets which used multi-threshold algorithm.Through operate the PS point inthe surface subsidence monitoring in Dujiangyan City, got the distribution of groundsurface settlement in point form. Finally, come to conclusion that the PSInSARtechnology is applied to the deformation monitoring in plain area by comparingDInSAR with GPS and level measurements.
