In recent years, due to natural rainfall reduced, increasing human activities, the citychanges a process to accelerate, the rapid economic and social development, the bank with theincrease of water, causing the river to water reduction, water supply and demand conflictsintensified. Because of the existence of many problems and contradictions in the upperreaches of Zhanghe water disputes, the design planning, scheduling, management, watershedis divided into several sub basins for watershed management.Unlike the sub basin delineation methods commonly used, this sub watershed divisionmethod, comparative analysis. Based on the slope of the upstream of Zhanghe River Basinvariation diagram, distribution related river system distribution, rainfall stations, hydrologicalstations are analyzed, initially divided into six sub basins. Subordinate consideration soilvegetation types, social and economic condition, hydrology and climate change, daily averageminimum temperature variation diagram, and each factor changes in six sub basins is shownon a map, comparative analysis of the relationship between factors and factor analysis toverify the rationality and reason, sub basins. Through the above method divides the upperreaches of Zhanghe River Sub basin and preliminary results and make appropriateadjustments, the final will be divided into six sub watershed upstream of Zhanghe Riverbasin.Method to divide the text of neutron basin has certain rationality and accuracy, comparedwith domestic commonly used watershed subdivision method, dividing sub-watershedsrequired data is relatively small, division method is simple and easy to understand, grasp.Divide sub-basin complex a basin is divided into a number of relatively simple watershed, simplifies the problem, but its shortcoming is also very obvious. First of all, basicallyconsider is surface factors, not considering the groundwater factors. The upper reaches ofZhanghe basin groundwater problems exist complex, groundwater exchange between somesub basin, the basin of underground water and surface water are not fully coincide, is unclosedbasin. Secondly, the basin of frequent human activities, water conservancy project number, watershed subdivision selecting large reservoir, hydrological station as nodes, effects of otherwater conservancy projects lack of consideration.
